Renee Prestage, LMT, NCTM Flexible appointments

As an introductory special, Renee is offering hour massages at $50 until March 31, 2012!

Services I Provide

Renee Prestage
Swedish Massage (60 minutes, $50)
Full body relaxation massage from head to feet. Pressure depends on personal preference, usually light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage (60 minutes, $50)
Full body massage with focus work, firm to deep pressure on problematic areas. Includes neck, shoulders, lower back and legs.
Sport Massage (60 minutes, $50)
Full body massage with focus on restricted tight areas from overuse during workout training or job related repetitive motion actions. Muscles and joints are warmed with massage and then stretched with range of motion holds. You don't need to be an athlete for this type of massage!
Stress Relief Massage (30 minutes, $35)
This 1/2 hour of massage is for the back, shoulders and arms. This helps release the tension in the upper torso and lower back where most of us hold our stress.

A client information form will be given before each massage that will help determine the type of massage you need. Every massage will be customized to your needs. No cookie-cutter massage routines. Every massage will be focused on you!
Massages may include Biofreeze (topical cooling pain relieving gel) or Prossage (topical heat gel) at no extra charge.

Gift certificates are also available for any amount!
