How to get in to see us?
In the state of Illinois a physical therapist can evaluate you without a doctor's referral. Then we will send the evaluation
to your physician for their signature and input. Therefore, you no longer have to delay your care waiting for a doctor's
appointment. Or, at your next doctor's appointment, simply ask your doctor for a physical therapy referral for your condition.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our first satellite location! This new location is inside the offices of Illinois Urogynecology,
