Patient Resources - Strengthening
Foam Roller Core Exercises with Renee Dynamic stability on an unsteady surface for core muscle activation. Requires a 36" x 6" low density foam roller. To do these exercises, make sure you can tolerate laying on the foam roller vertically for 10-15 minutes without pain. If you haven't been doing core exercise at home or with your PT, please contact your PT before doing this routine.
